Details Title: Users on MacOS devices don't receive search results when searching in Outlook on the web through the Safari browser User Impact: Users on MacOS devices don't receive search results when searching in Outlook on the web through the Safari browser. Current status: We've identified that a recent service update related to the development of an unreleased feature contained a configuration not supported by the Safari browser, resulting in search results not being returned in Outlook on the web for MacOS Safari browser users. We’re in the process of reverting this update to resolve the issue for all users. Scope of impact: This issue impacts any user on MacOS devices attempting to perform searches in Outlook on the web through the Safari browser. More info: Users are experiencing impact using Outlook on the web and the Outlook desktop client. As an alternative to avoid impact, users can create an event in the room calendar in the search time frame. Current status: We discovered that a recent migration introduced an error in code that is leading to impact. We’ve completed validating a fix for the issue and are starting the deployment process. We anticipate having a remediation timeline by our next scheduled update. Scope of impact: Some users attempting to utilize Room Finder within the Exchange Online service are impacted. More info: The emails are successfully sent but are appearing in the Drafts folder after sending. The impact is specific to them not showing in the Sent folder as expected.
Current status: The service provider has determined that a recent update to Outlook on the web service components contained a code issue, causing messages to be sent as expected but not moved out of the Drafts folder and into the Sent folder. They're developing a fix for this issue.
