Status Service Degradation EX1041375 Details Title: Users may be unable to view email content when opening PDF attachments in shared mailboxes in Outlook on the web User impact: Users may be unable to view email content when opening PDF attachments in shared mailboxes in Outlook on the web. More info: Users see the following error message when attempting to open PDF attachments in Outlook on the web, "Your message can't be displayed right now." Users can open PDF attachments in other Exchange Online clients to avoid the issue. Current status: We suspect this issue is impacting any user with specific layout settings. Specifically, users that have their layout settings set to Text Size and Spacing "small", and the Message Organization set to "group messages by conversation" and "all messages from the selected conversation" to be visible in the reading pane. We’re working with some affected users to confirm our findings and determine whether a fix that’s already been developed to address this problem will fully resolve the issue. Scope of impact: Any user trying to open PDF attachments in any shared mailbox in Outlook on the web may be impacted. Next update by: Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 3:00 PM UTC |
