Some users' apps, such as the Calendar and OneDrive, aren't appearing in the Teams sidebar
Service Restored

User impact: Users' apps, such as the Calendar and OneDrive, weren't appearing in the Teams sidebar.
Final status: The service provider has completed restarting the cache of users on affected portions of Teams service infrastructure and received confirmation from some users who initially reported the issue that the impact is remediated.

Service Degradation

More info: Affected users can clear their Teams cache to restore the Calendar icon to the Teams sidebar.
Current status: We're reviewing reproductions of the problem along with client and web logs to better understand the underlying impact scenario. Simultaneously, we're reaching out to a subset of affected users to validate if additional icons may be missing from the Microsoft Teams sidebar.
Scope of impact: Users who are processed through the affected portions of Microsoft Teams service infrastructure may be unable to see the Calendar icon in the Microsoft Teams sidebar.
