Next steps: - We're reviewing our update procedures to understand why the code regression wasn't identified during our testing phase. This will help us to improve our testing processes and proactively identifying similar issues in the future. This is the final update for the event.

10:42 AM		Users may be unable to apply video effects during meetings in Teams desktop client Status: Service Restored Details: User impact: Users may have been unable to apply video effects during meetings in Teams desktop client. Final status: The service provider's review of the internal reproduction had determined that a recent routine service update exposed a code regression, which affected some users' ability to apply video effects during meetings in Teams desktop client. They've since reverted the service update and after an extended period of monitoring confirmed that impact has been remediated. Scope of impact: This issue may have impacted any Teams desktop user who attempted to apply video effects in a meeting.
