EXCHANGE NOTICE Some users may have potential phishing email messages sent to their Junk folder in Exchange Online instead of quarantine Service Degradation Current status: The service provider has identified via their automated monitoring system an issue with one of their Machine Learning (ML) models, which may be causing potential phishing email messages to be sent to users' Junk folder in Exchange Online instead of quarantine. They've determined this issue was caused by a configuration issue with a specific component with one of their ML models, which is responsible for labelling high-confidence phishing email messages, causing some potential phishing email messages to be sent to the Junk folder instead of being quarantined. They've adjusted and are in the process of deploying the corrected model to resolve the issue. |
