Status Service Degradation MO1017192 Details Title: Some users may be unable to use features or access files which leverage Purview Information Protection labels User impact: Some users may be unable to use features or access files which leverage Information Protection labels. More info: Some impacted scenarios may include: - Opening email messages with Information Protection labels - Accessing labeled files in SharePoint Online sites or OneDrive for Business - Opening files or content in M365 apps, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote - Accessing and exporting labeled artifacts in Fabric and Power BI - Using Copilot (M365) to reference or access labeled files Current status: We've received several reports of an issue impacting users' abilities to use features or access files with leverage Information Protection labels. We're reviewing diagnostic data from the affected services to better understand the cause of the issue and determine our mitigation steps. Scope of impact: Some users may be unable to use features or access files which leverage Information Protection labels. M365 NOTICE Some users may experience issues with multiple M365 features or services Service Degradation Impacted services: M365 suite, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Viva Impacted M365 services and scenarios, include but aren't limited to: - When M365 groups become ownerless it will notify the group members via email, but users may not be able to click on the accept button to become the new owner. Teams impacted scenario: - When the Teams groups are about to expire, owners may not receive an alert to inform them of the expiration. Viva impacted scenario: - Users may be unable to use the bulk import functionality in Viva. Current status: The service provider has identified that a standard service update, intended to enhance various M365 services, has unintentionally caused impact. They're reverting the aforementioned update to mitigate impact. Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.
