Current status: The service provider has been alerted through their monitoring system and received customer reports indicating that a calendar sync issue is occurring. They've identified an impacting traffic management configuration change to the Calendar Replication service, which is responsible for facilitating the sync process between the principal and delegate calendars. They're reverting this impacting configuration change to remediate impact. |
