Some users' shifts may be missing from the Shifts app in Teams
Service Restored

Final status: The service provider has identified a recent service change designed to add new functionality that caused impact. They've reversed the offending change and confirmed through service health monitoring that the impact is remediated. All shifts that were previously missing are available again. If users still not seeing their shift populate, they can refresh the shifts app by clicking the three dots in the far right corner and then selecting the refresh button from the Shifts app. Alternatively, users can sign out and sign back in to refresh their shifts.

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to view their shifts from the Shifts app in Microsoft teams may have been impacted.

Users may be unable to view images that are uploaded through the Teams desktop client

Scope of impact: Impact was limited to a small subset of users attempting to view or paste any images that were uploaded through the Teams operated by 21Vianet Windows desktop client.

Final status: The build has reached the remaining impacted users who rely on automatic updates, and after confirming the impact is remediated with a subset of affected users, the service provider has verified the issue is resolved.

Users may be unable to record PowerPoint presentations during Teams meetings and calls

Root cause: A recent build rollout intended to provide improvements for PowerPoint in Teams introduced a code regression that caused Teams meetings and call recording files to not capture PowerPoint shared content, which resulted in impact.

Final status: After monitoring the service health telemetry following the finalization of the aforementioned rollback, the service provider has confirmed that impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Your organization was impacted by this event, and all users may have been unable to record PowerPoint presentations during Teams meetings and calls.
