10:20 AM		Status Service Degradation Impacted services Microsoft Teams Title: Users are experiencing failures when attempting to join channel meetings in Microsoft Teams User impact: Users are experiencing failures when attempting to join channel meetings. More info: Impact is specific to users on the desktop client or web app that are joining channel meetings from the new calendar experience, or users being nudged into these channel meetings. Users aren't seeing an error, the action simply fails. While we're working to remediate impact, affected users can still join channel meetings using the classic Teams calendar or the Teams mobile apps. Current status: Our monitoring has identified an increase in join failures for channel meetings in Microsoft Teams. We've reviewed recent service updates and identified that a code regression is resulting in impact. We're in the process of validating a fix to remediate this issue. Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and any user attempting to join Microsoft Teams channel meetings using the new calendar experience or nudge from the Microsoft Teams desktop and web clients is impacted. 09:22 AM		TEAMS NOTICE Users may see their camera self-view presenting upside-down in Teams meetings using some iPad OS devices Service Restored More info: This issue specifically affected iPad OS devices that were released in 2025 and are leveraging iPad OS version 18.3.0 or later. Other devices, including other iPad OS devices, weren't impacted. Final status: The service provider's investigation has determined that a recent change to the API responsible for facilitating the camera signal in Teams meetings introduced a compatibility issue that prevented the service from orienting the incoming camera signal correctly, leading to impact. They've developed and deployed a fix to restore compatibility with this API and repair the issue, and they've monitored their service health telemetry to confirm that the previously affected self-views are now oriented correctly and impact is remediated. They recommend that any user still seeing the impact restart their Teams app on the affected device to ensure they've received the fix.
