Final status: The roll back to the previous stable build has completed, and we've confirmed that this has remediated the impact which was caused by the regression introduced in the update to the process by which the description is displayed. Affected users may need to refresh their cache to receive the mitigation. Scope of impact: Some users attempting to see the descriptions of Microsoft Teams webinars on the public registration page may have been impacted.
