EXCHANGE NOTICE Some users may be unable to access their Exchange Online mailboxes or send email messages Service Degradation More info: Users' ability to access their mailbox may be impacted for the following connection methods: - Outlook on the web - Outlook desktop client - Messaging API - Representational State Transfer (REST) API - Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) Additionally, when some users attempt to send email messages using Outlook on the web, they may be stuck on a loading page for at least ten minutes after selecting the send button. Some users that are unable to access their Exchange Online mailboxes may receive an error that states "Something went wrong." Current Status: This event seems to be a reoccurrence of the issue previously communicated via EX1158764. They service provider is reviewing service telemetry to further isolate the impact scenario and determine their next steps. Scope of impact: Some users located in the Canada and North America regions attempting to access their Exchange Online mailboxes or send email messages from multiple connection methods may be impacted. |

EXCHANGE NOTICE Some users may not see auto-complete suggestions when searching in Outlook on the web Service Degradation More info: Users may also not see expected results when searching with keywords. As a workaround, suggestions are working on the Outlook mobile application. Current status: The service provider identified that a recent standard service update inadvertently contains a code regression that's causing impact. They're reverting the update to mitigate impact. |
