Service Restored

More info: Additionally, users may have been unable to access m365.cloud.microsoft, which may have impacted Copilot access (https://m365.cloud.microsoft/chat). Users were still able to access Copilot through alternate methods, such as:
- Copilot app
- M365 apps (including Teams and Office Apps)
Final status: The service provider has completed the reversion of the configuration changes and rolled back to a previous client build for the impacted infrastructure. After a period of monitoring both internal and external signals, they’ve confirmed that service availability has recovered, and impact is remediated. Users still receiving the error message should refresh their browser.
Scope of impact: This issue was limited to some organizations hosted within a specific section of affected infrastructure within the North America region.

The service provider is reviewing service monitoring telemetry to isolate the root cause and develop a remediation plan.

Users may be intermittently unable to access documents hosted in China using M365 for the web
Service Restored

Final status: The service provider's investigation indicates that the components of M365 for the web infrastructure responsible for facilitating document access in the impacted regions encountered an error that prevented access to the affected documents, leading to impact. While they were in the process of analyzing these components to isolate the origin of this error, their system monitoring indicated that the service had returned to normal health. They've confirmed that the issue is no longer occurring, and they'll continue to monitor the service to ensure that the problem doesn't happen again.
Scope of impact: Any user accessing documents hosted in China using Microsoft 365 for the web may have been intermittently impacted.
