EXCHANGE NOTICE Some users are receiving a misleading error when replying to or forwarding email through Outlook on the web Service Degradation More info: The error is misleading and doesn't prevent users from replying to or forwarding email through Outlook on the web. Affected users are seeing the following error message: "This message can't be saved right now. Please try again later." Current status: The service provider's additional analysis into the aforementioned error has helped us isolate a code regression that was introduced by an update to help improve service performance. They highly suspect this regression is producing errors for users when replying to or forwarding email through Outlook on the web. They're deploying a fix to address the isolated code regression and have post deployment testing scheduled with affected users to help us confirm if impact has been remediated. |
