As a workaround, users could have used regular screen sharing, which were captured in recordings. Final status: The service provider has completed the revert process to remove the impacting authentication components and successfully issued the new component configuration to resolve the incompatibility that triggered the failures, remediating impact for all users. As a workaround, users should avoid PowerPoint Live and instead use regular screen sharing, which will be captured in recordings. Current status: The service provider is reverting a recent deployment, which introduced a new network authentication component configuration, which has caused unauthorised errors for partner services such as the recorder. They're also working to issue a new compatible network authentication component configuration to resolve the incompatibility that triggered the failures.
