05:20 PM		Active: 1) Users cannot complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) using the phone call verification method. This issue could prevent users from authenticating when signing into any Microsoft 365 service beyond myDal/SharePoint. As a workaround, users can use alternative authentication methods to complete the MFA.
02:06 PM		Resolved: 1) Users may have been unable to use ‘Copy to’ to copy files from SharePoint Online sites to another folder and get an error such as "The URL is invalid." 2) Users may have received errors when running flows and apps with the "sharepointonline" or "onedrive" connectors.

Specifically, impact may only be to some sites when users copy files from a document library to the same document library, and from a folder library to the same folder library. Users may have received HTTP 5xx errors, an email notice that their flows failed, or have found that their apps were unresponsive.
