Title: Users with custom connectors see app or flow failures via Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power Apps
User Impact: Users with custom connectors see app or flow failures via Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power Apps.
Current status: We’ve identified a code misconfiguration within a recent service update that caused some custom connectors to become unavailable. We’ve halted the offending update, and are restoring availability of the affected connectors to remediate the impact.
Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and any user utilizing a custom connector may be impacted.

Current status: We've received reports from affected users that their apps or flows with custom connectors are failing via both Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power Apps. We’re reviewing system logs to isolate the origin of this event.

Title: Users in the Asia-Pacific region couldn't use various features within various Microsoft 365 apps
User Impact: Users in the Asia-Pacific region couldn't use various features within various Microsoft 365 apps.
More info: Impact included the but was not limited to the following services:
-Exchange Online
-Microsoft Teams (Mitigated)
-SharePoint Online
-Microsoft PowerApps
-Microsoft PowerAutomate
For Exchange Online specifically:
-Users may have been unable to access the service
-Users may have been to send/receive mail/files
-Users may have been to leverage general features
For SharePoint Online specifically:
-Users may have been unable to perform searches
For Microsoft Teams specifically (no longer impacting):
-Users may have experienced issues scheduling/editing meetings and/or live meetings
-Users may have been to search Microsoft Teams
-Users may have been to load the Assignments tab in Microsoft Teams
-Users may have been to use the Template Management or People Picker features of the
Microsoft Teams Approvals app
-Users may not have been able to load their contacts including favorites and user created contact groups
-Users may not have been able set or see actual presence
-Users may not have been able to initiate new chat
-Users may have been unable to see the deleted channels under a team
-Users may have been unable to see team profile pictures
-Users may have been unable to see sensitivity label information
For Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate specifically:
-Users may have been unable to use these Office 365 connectors in Microsoft Power Automate and seen flow runtime errors: Office 365 Outlook, Outlook.com, Excel Online (Business), and/or Office 365 Users
-Users may have been unable to use Office 365 connectors in Microsoft Power Apps: Office 365 Groups, Office 365 Outlook, and/or Office 365 Users
Final status: Transitioning away from the legacy process and restarting affected infrastructure to mitigate impact within our test environment was successful. We implemented these mitigation actions across the affected infrastructure, monitored the service and confirmed that impact was remediated.
Scope of impact: Based on our investigation and reports, this issue may have impacted any user within the Asia-Pacific region.

Preliminary root cause: Processing components were not performing within optimal performance thresholds because of a legacy process that required tokens to be processed on specific components. In isolation this process wasn’t problematic, but combined with the large number of requests, this resulted in resource saturation, causing impact across multiple Microsoft 365 apps

Details
Title: Users may be unable to user various features within Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams
User Impact: Users may be unable to user various features within Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.
More info: Based on our understanding of the issue, users may be unable to use any feature within Exchange Online or Microsoft Teams. These features may include accessing the service, sending mail/files, and general functionality. For Microsoft Teams specifically, the Calendar and People Picker/Search function may not work as expected. Microsoft Teams messaging, chat, channels, and other core services do not appear to be affected at this time.
Current status: Our initial investigation indicates that there our service infrastructure is performing at a sub-optimal level, resulting in impact to general service functionality. We are continuing to review all system logs to understand the cause of the issue and develop a mitigation plan.
Scope of impact: Based on our investigation and reports, this issue may impact any user within the Asia-Pacific region may be affected.
