08:58 AM Notice Admins may have not received updated usage reports within the Microsoft 365 admin center
User Impact: Admins may have not received updated usage reports within the Microsoft 365 admin center.
More info: The affected reports were:
- Forms activity
- Office activations
- Microsoft 365 Apps usage
Final status: The remaining report data regeneration has successfully completed and we can confirm that impact has been resolved.
Scope of impact: Any admin trying to access the reports outlined in the “More info” section of this communication may have experienced impact.
Start time: Thursday, November 24, 2022, at 12:00 AM UTC
End time: Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 8:00 AM UTC
Root cause: An issue with an upstream data source was resulting in a delay in generating the affected reports.

User Impact: Admins may be unable to create role groups with Manage Review Set Tag role in the Microsoft Purview compliance portal.
More info: Admins can use PowerShell as an alternate method to create the role groups.
Current status: We're reviewing system data taken from affected admins to isolate the underlying source of this issue. While we investigate, admin can create the role groups via PowerShell.
Scope of impact: This issue may affect any admin attempting to create role groups with the Manage Review Set Tag role in the Microsoft Purview compliance portal.

11:01 AM Notice As a result of the MFA Enforcement rollout phase that went live on 22-Nov-2022, Project accounts with A5 licenses are currently being prompted for multi-factor authentication when attempting to login.

The ITS team is actively working towards an emergency mitigation and long term resolution on the matter.
