User impact: Users may be unable to perform multiple functions in Teams. More info: Impact wasn't client specific and may have occured on the new and classic Teams clients. Affected users may have been unable to perform the following scenarios in Teams: - Create a team from an existing group. - Add a member to a team. - Create a team or channel from a template. - Duplicate a team. - Archive and unarchive a team or channel. - Share a channel with a team. - Delete team will not delete all channels in a team. - Newly created teams from Graph will not have members added. - Clone a team. - Restore channels in a team. - Members won't been auto synced between groups and teams. Additionally, updates may have not been reflected in Teams when user properties were updated in Entra ID, and new teams created via Graph may have not have members added. Retries may have been successful. Final status: After monitoring the pipeline, we've confirmed that the backlog has successfully finished processing and the service is now restored. |

User impact: Users may be intermittently unable to make Teams calls and join Teams meetings. More info: Users may have noticed intermittent network failures coinciding with this issue. As this issue was intermittent, users may have been able to restart their Teams client to resolve impact. Final status: We've confirmed the fix has completed rolling out to all impacted infrastructure and validated remediation via service telemetry. Service Restored |
