08:53 AM		TEAMS NOTICE Some users may be unable to launch Microsoft Teams on Mac devices post auto-update Service Degradation More info: Some users may receive a popup stating "The application bundle is corrupted". Users can run the application directly from the applications folder and ignore this popup to avoid this issue. Users can also delete the application bundle from the applications folder and install Teams again to also resolve impact. Impact is specific to Teams for Mac OS versions 13.7.2, 14.7.2, and 15.2. Current status: The service provider's automated monitoring services notified them of an issue where users on Teams for Mac OS versions 13.7.2, 14.7.2, and 15.2 may be unable to launch the desktop client. They've determined that a third-party update contains a code error that's resulting in auto-updates to Teams for Mac to become corrupted. They're working with their third-party partners to resolve the issue, along with pausing all updates for Mac users to prevent the issue from propagating further. 08:50 AM		TEAMS NOTICE Some iPad users may be unable to share their screen in the new Teams for iOS Service Restored More info: Impact was specific to users on the 6.23.1 version of Teams on iOS. When users attempted to share their screen within an active Teams meeting or call, nothing happened. Final status: The service provider has confirmed that a recent set of UI changes contained within a feature update intended to expand upon the screenshare menu functionality for iOS were resulting in impact for some iPad users. They've disabled the changes throughout the affected environment and verified with a subset of affected users that impact is no longer persisting. Affected users can force quit and relaunch the app to expedite the syncing of the latest configuration to their affected devices, although they anticipate any remaining affected devices should receive the fixed configuration within 24 hours or by January 10, 2025, at 10:30 PM AST.
