08:54 AM Disruption EXCHANGE ONLINE SERVICE ALERT
Title: Users with Android 8 devices may be unable to send email in the Outlook mobile app
User Impact: Users may be unable to send email in the Outlook mobile app when using an Android 8 device.
More info: Users may see the 'send' button grayed out on their screen, preventing them from sending email.
Current status: Service provider has determined that a recent service update is unexpectedly causing issues with Android 8 Outlook mobile. They've developed and deployed a fix for the issue and are monitoring the deployment progress.
Scope of impact: This could potentially affect any of your users attempting to send email through the Outlook mobile app on their Android 8 devices.
Start time: Saturday, September 12, 2020, at 7:00 AM UTC
Root cause: A recent standard service update is causing unexpected impact to the Outlook mobile app for Android 8 devices.

Title: A very limited number of users may intermittently be unable to access Exchange Online via any connection method
User Impact: Users may be intermittently unable to access Exchange Online via any connection method.
Current status: Service provider has expanding their error data collection effort to be more inclusive and require additional time to collect and subsequently analyze this data to help them determine the source of the issue and develop an approach to mitigation.
Scope of impact: This issue could potentially affect a very limited number of your users intermittently if they are routed through the affected infrastructure. It’s unlikely that many users would report impact related to this event.
