User impact: Users may've been intermittently unable to access the Purview Portal or their Exchange Online mailboxes. More info: For Purview Portal impact, users may have experienced intermittent errors, time outs, and unauthorized responses when accessing the Purview Portal. Additionally, users' Purview policies may have been delayed when propagating. For Exchange Online impact, affected users may have been intermittently unable to access Exchange Online through any of the following connection methods: - Outlook on the web - Outlook desktop client - Representational State Transfer (REST) API - Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) Final status: We've confirmed that the aforementioned fix has saturated the affected infrastructure and after an extended period of monitoring, we've confirmed that impact has been remediated.
