More info: Impact only occurred for users that had a process configured to perform a Domain Name System (DNS) check on incoming email messages.
Final status: The service provider has received confirmation from a sample of affected users that impact has been remediated.

More info: Impact only occurs for users that have a process configured to perform a Domain Name System (DNS) check on incoming email messages.
Current status: The service provider has confirmed that the DNS records for the domain that provides OTP email messages to encrypted messages became misconfigured, which is causing impact. They're correcting the DNS record configurations for the domain to remediate the impact.
